Delivery FAQs

Do you deliver in my area?

We can deliver to any area in the UK and the EU. For any other countries, or to get further information on your specific country, please get in touch with us.

Is it possible to reduce contact with delivery drivers who deliver my orders?

All of our delivery partners drivers are working in a COVID-19 safe format, where they will be wearing face masks and ensure social distancing at all times.

Are delivery times affected?

Our delivery services do their utmost to ensure you receive your delivery on time.  The delivery is fully tracked throughout the process and if you have any queries regarding any delays you can email for further information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email with a link for your own tracking information.

How long does my delivery take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of receipt. You can track any of your orders through your account. For further queries on delivery times, please contact

Placing & Amending Orders

Can I amend my order once placed?

Not on the website, but if you contact our customer services team on they will do their best to help you.

I had product in my basket and now its disappeared?

Our system has a time out of 15 minutes to ensure stock levels are accurate in our systems.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made through bank transfer or debit/credit card.


Can you provide biohazard bins and equipment to undertake the testing?

As the RSPT is a saliva test and doesn’t require blood, they can be disposed into general waste

Do the tests need to be stored in any specific conditions i.e. refrigerated?

The tests should be stored between 4 and 30 degrees Celsius. All packaging indicates the appropriate temperature for storage.

What time is your office open till?

Our offices are open Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5pm UK Time.

How many tests do you have in stock?

We always aim to have at least 2 million units in stock readily available. Our production line is entirely scalable to meet customer needs.
